Butterfly Release Company was founded from the joy of
gardening and raising butterflies as a relaxing hobby. My
grandmother was the biggest influence for me, teaching my
sister and myself about the fun of growing plants which
attracted different species of butterflies. My sister and I
got to learn about the miracle of metamorphosis right
before our eyes from our grandmother at a very young age.
This what my wife and I want to pass on to students and
enthusiast. Our company has been successfully
providing live butterflies for release at occasions such as
weddings, events and memorials. Through the growth of
our company and drop shipping for other companies over the
years we have extended into the education of our profession
and passion by offering complete kits to Raise your own

Our mission
statement for our company is to enjoy what we are doing
everyday and realize how blessed we are. We offer a
great product that is responsibly sold abiding by the USDA
guidelines so we can assure an environmentally friendly
butterfly. We raise our butterflies at our family
owned farm disease free and with great love. Our
newest expansion "Raise your own Butterflies" will provide
quality caterpillars for the use of the education of
metamorphosis. We will use this web site as a forum to
inform and educate. We will instill old fashion
customer service with all our products garneting healthy
live specimens. We hope to pass this educ ation

IBBA, which being a member of the International
Butterfly Breeders Association means that A Butterfly
Release Company. adheres to the strict Code of Ethics set by
the Board of Directors. All of our butterflies are raised
under pristine conditions and with a special diet that
insures our butterflies grow healthy and beautiful. We are
actual butterfly breeders, not brokers. The butterflies for
release are raised for each individual order, then fed
before carefully being packaged and shipped over-night to
